Search the Service Catalog

Overview

This article describes different ways to search the Service Catalog for specific service offerings. Service offerings are basic forms that allow you to request various services that are common within JCCC. 

Instructions

Navigate to Client Portal home screen. If prompted, enter your JCCC username and password to log in.

To Search with Keywords:

1. Select Services.
2. Select Search in the right of the gray bar.
3. Enter your Search Criteria.
4. Select Search button on the left.
5. Select a service to make a Request.

To Sort Alphabetically:

1. Select Services in the black bar.
2. Select Services A-Z.
3. Select a service to make a Request.
