Mandatory Password Reset for Wi-Fi Access

Overview


Students or employees with JCCC accounts that have not had a password reset in over two years will no longer be able to access the JCCC Wi-Fi network using their existing credentials. This article provides instructions for students or employees to request a password reset in order to restore Wi-Fi access.

 

Instructions


(A). If you know your current password and have Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) set up on your JCCC account

(B). If you do not know your current password or do not have MFA set up on your JCCC account

  • Contact the JCCC Technical Support Center to request a password reset

After completing the password reset process, attempt to log in to the JCCC Wi-Fi network again.
