This article explains how to change the home page on the Internet browsers in use today. The home page for the college is http://www.jccc.edu.

 

Instructions


Microsoft Edge

  1. Open Microsoft Edge.
  2. Select the Three Dots in the upper right corner.
  3. Select Settings.
  4. Under Appearance, turn Home button on.
  5. Select Set button URL.
  6. Type your desired Home Page address in the URL box.
  7. Select Save.

Mozilla Firefox

  1. Open Mozilla Firefox.
  2. Select the three Horizontal Lines in the upper right corner.
  3. Select Settings.
  4. Select Home in the left side panel.
  5. Set New Windows and Tabs drop-down box to Custom URLs...
  6. Paste or type desired homepage URL into the Homepage and new windows box.
  7. The change will be saved automatically.

Google Chrome

  1. Open Google Chrome.
  2. Select the Three Dots in the upper right corner.
  3. Select Settings.
  4. Select Appearance, turn Show home button on.
  5. Enter your desired Home Page address in the Enter custom web address box.
  6. Changes will be saved automatically.

Apple Safari

  1. Open Apple Safari.
  2. Select Safari > Settings.
  3. Select General.
  4. In Homepage, enter a web address.
  5. Changes will be saved automatically.
