Overview
This article describes how to activate Microsoft 365 products after a new installation or version upgrade.
Instructions
- Sign in with your full JCCC email address.
- Enter your password.
- Complete any required multi-factor authentication (if prompted).
- After you sign in, Microsoft 365 will activate automatically.
Note: If you are using Microsoft 365 on the web, select the App Launcher (the nine-dot "waffle" icon) in the upper-left corner to access Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and other Microsoft 365 apps.
