Retrieve JCCC Username

Overview

This article describes how to retrieve a JCCC username.

Instructions

1. Navigate to Username & Password Help.
2. Select Retrieve Username.
3. Enter First name, Last name, Date of birth, and Zip code.
4. Select Retrieve my username.
5. If all information matches the JCCC database, a username will be presented to the user.
