This article provides information to students with who to contact for support when experiencing an issue related to a specific course in Canvas or Canvas course content.
Who to Contact for Support
Contact the specific course instructor when you have a Canvas course problem related to one of the following:
- Assignment or quiz has exceeded the maximum number of attempts to complete.
- Class or class content is:
- not open yet,
- already closed,
- not published or otherwise available for public viewing.
