Sign Up or Modify the RAVE Alert System

Overview

RAVE is an alert system that students and employees can use to receive phone and email notifications regarding emergencies at the school. This article describes how to access the RAVE system in MyJCCC, as well as add or make changes to the emergency notification information from the college.

Instructions

1. Login to MyJCCC.
2. Select the three horizontal lines located in the upper left-hand side of the page.
3. Select Disover.
4. In the search bar located in the upper left-hand side of the page, type Safety and Security.
5. Select Safety and Security.
6. Select JCCC Alert (RAVE).
7. Sign in with your JCCC credentials. 
8. Add or modify the information as needed.
