Retrieve JCCC Username

Overview

This article describes how to retrieve a JCCC username.

 

Instructions

  1. Navigate to Username & Password Help.
  2. Select Retrieve Username.
  3. Enter First name, Last name, Date of birth, and Zip code.
  4. Select Retrieve my username.

If all information matches the JCCC database, a username will be presented to the user.
