Scanning Document to Submit as PDF in Canvas

Overview

This article describes the process of scanning a document on an Apple iPhone and then saving it to the desired destination. 

 

Instructions

  1. Swipe down on the home screen and type Notes into the search bar.
  2. Select the Notes app icon from the results.
  3. Open the Notes App.
  4. Select the New Note icon.
  5. Select the Camera icon.
  6. Select Scan Documents.
  7. Position the camera to view the document and the camera will automatically scan the document.
  8. Select Save.
  9. Select the photo of the document.
  10. Select the share.
  11. Select Canvas.
  12. Select Canvas Course and assignment.
  13. Select Submit and the document will be submitted as a PDF.

Note: You will need the Canvas app downloaded and signed in to submit the assignment.
