Create Email Signature in Stumail Account

Overview

The signature attached to your emails can be customized to reflect your personal tastes, your name, job title and phone number. This article provides instruction to change the signature that appears in your outgoing stumail email.

 

Instructions

  1. Open a browser window.
  2. Access your stumail account through Gmail.
  3. Select the gear icon on the top right of the page.
  4. Select See all settings.
  5. Scroll towards the bottom of the page to Signature.
  6. Select + Create new.
  7. Create a unique title to identify the signature by.
  8. Select Create.
  9. Fill out the text box on the right with your desired signature that will go on outgoing emails.
  10. Under Signature defaults, choose where you want to use your signature.
  11. Optional: Put a checkmark in the box Insert signature before quoted text in replies and remove the -- line that precedes it.
