Recover Account from Third-Party Websites


This article provides instructions on how to recover login account information on third-party websites/applications. JCCC does not have access to any information stored on external servers, so technical support is unable to reset passwords or retrieve usernames for students if the account is not a MyJCCC account.



  • Many websites will have a recover username and/or recover password option available, often located on the login page. 
    • Selecting these and following the on-screen prompts will allow you to recover your information.

Note: If you are still having issues, contact the support team of the third-party website/application.
