Resolving a Yuja Language Display Issue

The article describes how to fix a problem where Yuja displays information in a different language.

 

Instructions


 

  1. Log into Canvas.
  2. Select Account in the upper left corner.
  3. Select Settings.
  4. Select Edit Settings on the right.
  5. Set the Language to English (United States).
    1. Do this even if it was already set to English.
  6. Select Update.
  7. Go back to the quiz/test and try again.

 

  • Let the student know that they can do this again if the issue happens again.
