Stumail Account Setup on a Mobile Device

Overview

JCCC provides every enrolled credit student with a JCCC student email account — called "Stumail". This article outlines the steps needed to set up a Stumail account on an mobile device.

Instructions

iOS Instructions:

1. Select Settings.
2. Select Mail.
3. Select Accounts.
4. Select Add Account.
5. Select Google.
   • Select Continue if you get the prompt "Settings wants to use 'google.com' to Sign In".
6. Enter Stumail email address.
7. Select Next to be redirected to a Microsoft sign-on page.
8. Enter Stumail email address and select Next.
9. Enter Password and select Sign in.
10. Select Yes.
11. Select Save.

Android Instructions:

1. Go to Settings.
2. Select Accounts and Backup.
3. Select Manage Accounts.
4. Select Add Account.
5. Select Google.
6. Sign in with users phone password.
7. Enter Stumail email address and select Next.
8. Select Accept to be redirected to a single sign-on page.
9. Sign in with JCCC credentials.
10. Select I Agree.
