Authorized User Account Password Reset

Overview


This article provides the steps to reset a student-assigned Authorized User's password.

 

Instructions


  1. Navigate to the Authorized User login page.
  2. Enter the email of the authorized user into the Email field.
  3. Select Forgot Password.
  4. Login with the temporary password that was sent to the email.
