Remote Connect to a Lab Computer

Overview

Keyserver is a tool that allows students remote access to computers identified in JCCC computer labs. Through Keyserver, a lab computer and the specialized software applications installed on the device can be accessed from a student's device from both on and off-campus.

Keyserver may be accessed at keyserver.jccc.edu.

Note: Connection to VPN is required if accessing a lab computer from both on and off-campus. If the student is not in a program or class that requires vpn they will not have vpn and you will need to create a ticket to request vpn - send it to ATS-Systems. See Install Student VPN  below under the corresponding Windows or Mac operating system for more information.

Note: If you require Splashtop your instructor will request an invitation be sent to you. Splashtop is not required to remote into any lab and connect to a lab computer.
