Overview
The Client Portal is a convenient way to submit requests for various departments across campus, as well as view informational articles to resolve your technology questions, and provides easy access to:
- Access online support services using the Service Catalog
- Use the Access Technical Self-Service Articles button to search technical support related "how-to" knowledge base articles
- Link to JCCC password account setup and recovery options
- Check the the status of your submitted support requests
- View the status of our Technical Services
Features Available on the TeamDynamix portal Home Tab
Home Tab
The Home tab is located on the top left of the page. This option assists with navigation to return you to the main TeamDynamix portal page.
File An Online Support Request
The Service Catalog is a convenient way to request services online. Through the Service Catalog you are able to make requests, check the status of your outstanding requests, and communicate/leave a comment for support staff responding to your request. Access Technical Self-Service Articles (Knowledge Base)
The Access Technical Self-Service Articles button is a way to quickly access the Knowledge Base, which contains several informational articles including how-to's and frequently asked questions (FAQs) to assist with your technology questions. See Using the Knowledge Base for additional information.
Reset JCCC Password
This option links to information related to resetting your JCCC account password found on our college website or by navigating to password.jccc.edu.
Technology Service Status
This option links to the Technology Service Status Dashboard. Here you can view the status of our various Technical Services.
Ticket Status
Want to review a previously submitted ticket to check the status or leave a comment for support staff? This option presents a list of tickets where you are the requester of the support need as well as tickets you may have entered on behalf of another JCCC person. See Checking Your Ticket Status in TeamDynamix for additional information.
