Switching Email Accounts in Microsoft Office

Overview

This article reviews the process of logging into your JCCC Microsoft account when previously logged in with a Microsoft account from another school or entity.

Instructions

Below are instructions for various ways to log into your JCCC Microsoft account. 

• Sign out of your non-JCCC account.

1. Navigate to Office 365.
2. In the top right corner, select the profile picture/account icon.
3. Select Sign out.
4. Select Use another account.
   • Before selecting this option, you can remove your other saved account by selecting the three dots to the right of the email and choosing Forget.
5. Sign in with your JCCC email and password.

•  If you still are not able to login, try clearing your browser's cache.
  • Note: Make sure after clearing your browser's cache, that you close the browser and reopen it for the change to fully take place.
•  If the two steps above do not allow you to access your JCCC Microsoft account, try doing so by opening a private window.
